Materials Handling

Training is available for a wide range of materials handling equipment including overhead cranes, order pickers, Elevated Working Platforms and tow motors.

There is a wide variety of handling equipment - often unique to an industry or factory- ranging from equipment designed to lift and manoeuvre specialised machine tools to towing tractors pulling customised product containers. More familiar will be various forms of elevated working platforms, overhead cranes and Hiab type loaders mounted on vehicles. All require skilled and safe operation.
